About Shantell Gant, Founder
I’m a hardworking mom with a heart for service, a background in corporate business, and a successful career in real estate. My path has always been guided by purpose, especially as a mother to my bright talented teenager and my incredible young adult autistic son, who has been my greatest teacher and inspiration.
Driven by a desire to create meaningful change, I invested in opening an assisted living facility with the goal of serving young adults with physical and mental impairments. While state regulations shifted and limited care to those aged 55 and older, my vision remained unchanged: to offer more than just a roof over someone’s head — to offer a place where people can live, not just exist.
With a blend of business acumen, real-world experience, and deep compassion, I continue to build spaces and opportunities that prioritize dignity, care, and community. Whether in real estate, care giving, or service work, my mission is simple: lead with heart, and leave a legacy of impact.
